According to this, one out of every three children is having sex at the age of 10, and 17 out of 100 will deliberately spread the virus if they know they are HIV-positive
They are not even teenagers!
Sir Bob and Bono should be trying to fix this instead of Africa's debt problem.

I don't mean to get all cultural relativism on yo' ass, but people waiting till their late teens, early 20's for nookie is actually a fairly new phenomenom. Prior to the 1920's onward, it was quite common for 'teens' all over the world to have sex at what we would consider early ages and to have established families at 20.
Not that it makes an excuse to spread HIV or other STD's, I'm just saying that in countries where the life expenctancy is 45, having sex and getting married early makes sense.
