Rick Mercer Google Bomb
I think the Rick Mercer prank on Jason Kenney is fairly funny, but that doesn't mean it should go without a response.
Here it is folks:
Help me Google Bomb Rick Mercer by copying the following text into your blog or website:
All that code does is add a link, like this: Bloodthirsty Capitalist, to your site.
If you dont' have a website, start a new one through Blogger and copy and paste it. (don't worry about adding your site to Google, since Blogger is a Google service and it does so automatically.)
What is a Google Bomb?
A Google Bomb manipulates Google Search results by planting lots of links around the web using certain key words. This has been done by Left-wingers to link President Bush's bio with the phrase "miserable failure".

You are an idiot.
Mercer was not giving Kenney "a taste of his own medicine." In order to do that, he would have to get Kenney to complain about the registration and then tell Kenney he was ignorant. (After all, that was Kenney's medicine for Boudria.)

I think it's a great idea. But to be honest I haven't had much use for Rick Mercer lately - although his coverage of the CPC convention was funny :D

For the record, for about forty-eight hours (Friday and Saturday), the number one entry was the Blogging Tories aggregate website. Then Google went back to normal. Rick Mercer made it as high as number 2 before fading out. Now this page is coming in the mid teens, and my own post on this subject is ranking high as well.
