On Life

This is rather interesting- especially since it is coming from a Harvard student.

I'm not sure if I agree entirely. After all, there are certain things that ought to be guaranteed by the constitution. One of those things is a basic right to life. If, then, it is established that a baby is a human being even if he or she is unborn, then how can anyone justify allowing some states to rule otherwise?

This is one issue that I'm not sure "asymmetric federalism" can solve.
